Our Native Plant Sales Open April 11th!
Join us April 11th at Happy Apple’s Farm from 10:00am to 4:00pm to shop spring plants at our Native Plant Sale! Patti will be available to help you select plants that are most likely to thrive in your home garden or restoration space. We can’t wait to see you there!
Consider Supporting Our Work

At Botanical Belonging we want everyone to have access to native plant knowledge, and not just what you can find in a book or through an app. We learn about these plants through personal interactions, conversations and collaborations in the care and cultivation of native plants. There’s no better way to get to know the plants that make our environment a thriving home for both people and wildlife. And just like our best prairies and woodlands a diverse community is key to our success. So, if you are looking for ways to deepen your knowledge of native plants, please consider spending some time working alongside us.
You don’t need to be a native plant expert to help, just a little extra time, a passion for the environment or simply a lively and curious mind!
Have questions about native plants, habitat gardening, or planning for next season? We’re always happy to chat. You can reach out anytime to schedule an appointment or ask a question — we love hearing from you.

Native plants
Our mission is to familiarize the people in our community with the native plants in our region by encouraging and enabling hands-on interaction.

Local people
Our vision is for a regional community in which people sense the health and history of the land through familiarity with the plant communities growing around them.

Hands on
Whether you’re ready for an hour-long demo on common local plants or a summer-long immersion in native plant cultivation, we have a program for you.
